Need to add funds to your PayMoji balance? You can top-up your account in two ways, using a local payment method or depositing from another crypto wallet. Choose your preferred method below:
Method 1: Local payment methods
Step 1: Tap the + button on your PayMoji app.
Step 2: On the Add funds screen, enter the amount you want to add and choose your currency under You’re adding.
Tap the Paying with drop-down menu to view the available payment methods, then select your preferred option.
💡 Minimum top-up amounts and exchange rates may vary depending on the selected payment method and provider. Please review the available options to choose the best rate for your transaction.
The You’re getting section will show you the estimated USD you'll receive. Click Next.
Step 3: The app will automatically select a recommended provider and show you the amount of USD you’ll receive.
If you’d like to use a different option, tap See other providers and choose your preferred provider before proceeding.
After choosing your preferred provider, tap Continue.
If this is your first time adding funds, you’ll see a pop-up informing you that you’ll be redirected to a trusted service provider to complete the process, and that you may need to complete identity verification (KYC). Tap I understand to continue.
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to your selected payment provider’s website. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment, then return to PayMoji.
Deposits may take a few minutes up to 48 hours to process depending on the provider/payment method you used. You can refresh your balance by swiping down, and your updated funds should appear once the transaction is complete.
Method 2: Depositing from another crypto wallet
Alternatively, you can top up your PayMoji account by depositing USDC or USDT from another crypto wallet. Supported networks include Base, Ronin, Ethereum, and Solana. To do so:
Step 1: Tap the + button on your PayMoji app.
Step 2: Tap More options to add funds, then tap From another crypto wallet.
Step 3: Enter the amount, select your currency, and choose the network you are sending from.
Step 4: Finally, send your USDC or USDT to the deposit address by either scanning the QR code or copying and pasting the deposit address.
⚠️ Always double-check your network and token before sending; using the wrong one will result in lost funds.
While Base uses a static address, Ronin, Ethereum, and Solana use dynamic addresses—always generate a fresh address in the app and never reuse past ones to prevent issues. Additionally, deposits on these three networks incur fees, which you can preview in the You're getting section under Amount.
