If you wish to permanently delete your PayMoji account, you can do so directly within the app.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, please be aware that deleting your PayMoji account means you will permanently lose access to your wallet and all associated funds. This also includes losing access to any other connected services that use this wallet, such as Volt. Ensure you have transferred any remaining funds or assets out of your wallet before completing this process.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: While logged in, navigate to your Settings menu.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Delete account.
Step 3: A warning notice will appear detailing the consequences of account deletion. Please read this carefully. If you are certain you want to proceed, tap the Delete account button at the bottom of the notice.
Step 4: To finalize the process, type the word "DELETE" in the confirmation box and click Delete account again to confirm your action.
Once confirmed, your account and wallet will be permanently deleted from the system.
