If you want to send money to another PayMoji user, this guide will walk you through how to make a transfer directly in the app in just a few simple steps.
Step 1: Tap Send Money on your PayMoji app.
Step 2: Tap To someone on PayMoji.
Step 3: Under Recipient, tap Choose recipient, then enter the user’s email address or choose from your recent list.
💡 If you see a “This account no longer exists” error, it means the PayMoji account associated with that email has already been deleted.
If you see a “We couldn’t find a match. Check the email or try a different one.” error, it means there is no account linked to the email you entered. Please double-check that you’re using the correct email address and try again.
Step 4: Enter the amount of USD you want to transfer under You’re getting.
Step 5: Double-check that the amount and the email address is correct. Tap Next then complete the authentication prompt using your device’s security method (such as fingerprint, Face ID, or passcode, depending on your settings).
Step 6: You will receive a confirmation that the USD has been sent along with the recipient's email address.
You can check the status of your transfer in the Recent activity section of the app.
