Here is exactly how to request a refund for a failed QR payment directly through the PayMoji app.

 

  1. Locate the Transaction: Open your PayMoji app, navigate to your Transaction History, and tap on the specific QR payment that failed.

  2. Initiate the Request: Tap the Request Refund button.

  3. Review and Submit: You will be automatically redirected to our secure support site. To save you time, all the technical details of your transaction are already pre-filled. Simply double-check the information, type a short description of what happened, and hit Submit.

  4. Track Your Resolution: Once your ticket is submitted, our team will get to work. You will receive a confirmation message and ticket updates in your email inbox. From there, you can reply directly to the email thread to communicate with our support team.
