Need to transfer funds from your PayMoji wallet directly to your bank account or another digital wallet? You can easily initiate this process right from the app. Follow the steps below to complete your transfer.

Tap on Send Money icon on the main screen of the app.

Select the To bank or digital wallet option.

Choose where you want to send the funds to.
NOTE: Depending on the destination, you may get different providers with varying rates. We recommend that you check different methods and providers to determine the best rates available to you.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer, then tap Next.

The app will automatically select the payment provider offering the best exchange rates. If you prefer to use a different provider [when available], tap See other providers to make your selection, then tap Continue.

You will be redirected to the selected third-party provider's secure page. Enter your email address, confirm the transaction details, select your destination bank account, and finally, confirm the transfer within PayMoji.
NOTE: The exact interface you see will vary depending on which provider you selected.

Wait for the provider to process the transaction and send the funds to your designated bank account or digital wallet.
NOTE: Bank and e-wallet transfers usually arrive within minutes, but can take up to 48 hours depending on the provider.
